Welcome to Hit The Wall. A weekly(ish) podcast about running, hosted by sort-of runner Stuart and his non-running sort-of-supporting wife Aimee. Each show will focus on trying to motivate Stuart to train for his first ever marathon in May 2024, while they also chew the fat on life as parents to two children. Andrea Lytle Peet was thirty-three years old—an urban planner living in D.C., newly married, and a triathlete—when she received the death sentence of an ALS diagnosis (also known as Lou Gehrig's disease). After grappling with the fact that she will likely become paralyzed and die within two to five years, Andrea experienced an unexpected spark that changes her outlook in the most magnificent way.

Ali Mazhin wrote The Running Journey to help others find more purpose in their running and health. He is 43 years old and called it The Running Journey because he describes his experience in racing, working two jobs, and how other people can learn, improve, and participate in various running events. He gives examples through his own experience and enjoyment in marathons, his pace, challenges, motivation to succeed, growing up as a kid, racing stories, and health advice, and it's mostly a chronological story.
