The poems inside are a mixed bag. These poems include thoughts we all have had, at times, and you might find yourself saying, Hey, you know, I did think of that. You may have had thoughts as in: Happy, Friends, The Future, and Why Am I Here? But probably not with Conversation with an Alien.

These are my collection of poems that I wrote over the years. Some wonderful memories and experiences that I shared with people close to my heart....

Twelve-year-old David Snod's life is nothing but problems: He can't stop stuttering. He gets bullied constantly. His little sister, Sophia, acts like she's his protector. His teenage brother, Chris, torments him, calling him "Nose". Worst of all, David doesn't have enough money to buy the popular SkyJam basketball shoes.

If you have ever been presented with life's challenges, this book was written for you. The title of my book is one of the poems entitled Life Is Too Short. I added "to Waste" to give the title a more significant meaning. People are getting killed every day at a very young age and a fair number of people were dying of natural causes, and I am sure they have not accomplished their goals when they were killed. I have many pieces in this book, and I hope each and every piece will be comfort and enjoyment to my listeners. This is my second poetry book.
