Sigmund Freud (1856-1939) is known around the world as the “Father of Psychoanalysis,” and for good reason. If anything, Freud’s first patient was himself. The truth is that there are days when you just can’t, and it’s hard to make it through the day, but you try your hardest to do it. You try so hard to live a normal life. But it’s like walking around with a boulder around your neck. It’s been a long road for me. That’s why I wanted to share this book.
