Familie Hesselbach macht Hausputz und das Sofa wird auf dem Balkon ausgeklopft. Als jedoch der besagte Gast mit einem Jeep der Militärpolizei vorgefahren wird und sich nach Babba Hesselbachs Zeit als Soldat in Frankreich erkundigt, befürchtet die Familie von der NS-Vergangenheit eingeholt zu werden.
