Dass Dieter Hildebrandt immer schon ein Fußballfan und Spieler war, wissen nur wenige. So gründete er parallel zur Lach- und Schießgesellschaft den Fußballclub FC Schmiere, der mit sämtlichen Bundesligamannschaften trainierte.
