    Erik shares about:

  • S2E33 Taking Thoughts Captive (Jess Moore) with Jesus!
    Aug 19 2025

In this episode, Raz and Jamie welcome back their first-ever second-time guest — Jess Moore!

Jess is a licensed therapist who helps people experience healing and freedom through professional counseling with Jesus. Together, they explore the connection between psychology and Scripture when it comes to our minds, thoughts, and emotions.

Jess introduces the cognitive triangle from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):

    • Thoughts – what we THINK affects how we feel and act
    • Feelings – how we FEEL affects how we act and what we think
    • Behaviors – what we DO affects how we think and feel

She explains how identifying and “switching” unhelpful thoughts can lead to healthier emotions and better actions — something Scripture teaches as well. They reflect on:

    • Romans 12:2 — Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
    • 2 Corinthians 10:5 — Take every thought captive to make it obedient to Christ.

The conversation also touches on neuroplasticity — how the brain can be rewired with new thoughts — and how walking with Jesus makes this transformation possible.

  • S2E32 Bringing the Kingdom of God to Your Business (Steve Eklund) with Jesus!
    Aug 12 2025

In this episode, Raz and Jamie talk with Steve Eklund about his journey of faith, renewal, and kingdom-minded leadership.

Steve shares how he came to faith in Jesus at 16, built a successful career in wealth management, and enjoyed a thriving family life — yet found his heart had quietly grown cold to God by the time he was 50. This realization sparked a deep question: “Do I really know love?”

That question led Steve into a fresh pursuit of God’s love and how to bring it into every sphere of life — from his business and ministry to his family and leadership. Today, as a real estate investor and coach/consultant, Steve helps individuals and companies discover how to integrate the Kingdom of God into their everyday work and relationships.
