• Episode #41 Meet Vicky Shilling - again
    May 4 2026

Vicky Shilling returns to the podcast to tell me what she's been up to since we last spoke in June 2024.

Like most of us in the entrepreneurial world things have changed a lot for Vicky, she shares the highs and lows of the last two years and how she is now helping her clients with the very thing that often sabotages the business of a solo entrepreneur..... confidence and self trust.

We discuss why this sense of self doubt shows up at a time in our lives when we "should" have more confidence and how we can unlearn the things that keep us stuck, by creating new mindset shifts and a confidence that is self led.

    Enjoy the conversation.

  • Episode #39 Meet Aisling Burke
    Apr 12 2026

Season 4 kicks off with a powerful and honest conversation with Aisling Burke.

After taking a break from the podcast, this felt like exactly the kind of episode to come back with . Real, relatable, and quietly transformative.

Aisling shares the deeply personal decision she made this year to remove alcohol from her life, after noticing just how much it was impacting her energy, sleep, and overall wellbeing.

If you’ve ever felt like your relationship with alcohol has shifted in midlife, where one drink can mean a restless night or losing the next day entirely , this conversation will resonate.

With complete honesty, Aisling opens up about what led her to make this change, and the surprising, positive ripple effect it’s had across her life.

Thank you so much Aisling for joining me, I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation.

  • Episode #34 Meet Ananya Prasad
    Apr 26 2025

Today I’m joined by someone truly extraordinary.

Ananya Prasad has successfully completed what's called the World’s Toughest Row. A rowing race across the Atlantic ocean that sees teams of 5 or less people compete, Ananya entered as a solo rower.

I am in complete awe of this woman.

It took Ananya 52 days to row unassisted on a non-stop 3000-mile voyage from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Antigua. She began on December 11th 2024 and arrived 2nd place in the solo category on February 1st 2025.

Ananya speaks to me about the challenges she faced during her time rowing the ocean and also the unique experience of doing it alone. I was hanging on every word. What this young woman has accomplished is beyond inspiring.
