About this listen

Wired for Purpose explores how purpose, meaning, and mental health are connected — for ourselves, our work, and our kids.

Hosted by Travis Scott, founder of Cycling On Purpose, the show was inspired by his 2,500-mile ride from Spokane, WA to Indianapolis, IN — a journey on the bike that once belonged to his late cousin, Brent.

What began as a way to honor Brent’s memory became a transformative lesson: purpose and movement can be medicine for the mind. That ride helped Travis emerge from depression and inspired him to explore the deeper links between purpose, mental health, and neurodiversity — especially ADHD, which he and his son both share.

Each episode features conversations with psychologists, parents, athletes, and purpose-driven thinkers about how to build resilience and meaning in an anxious, screen-saturated world.

From ADHD and burnout to parenting and purpose, Wired for Purpose helps you — and your kids — reconnect with what truly matters.
