  • Trust is the #1 thing you need to be successful

    If there is a common denominator with people who are timid about losing weight, it is that they don't trust anyone anymore.

    Whether that is themselves or the professional they are working with, or any other program or app that is presented to them.

    So they give up, they don't bother, because how can they all be right and yet I am still overweight??
