I've been plunging religiously for 2.5 years. It's changed my recovery. I heal faster, I feel stronger, and my flight-or-fight response has become refined tenfold. I' m now addicted. I love to feel that norepinephrine spike, I love the shock, and I love helping other people learn to love it, too.
