    do we deserve more options for our water ? Still or sparkling offered to you at a venue isnt good enough, there are Plant based milks in every cafe as options, not jut one option but upto 5 different plant based options, what about water? can you get a high minerality sill water if you want?     Ice is a solid form of water, but what water is used to create the ice, looking into different reason why ice can affect the experiences , 

    You have all the best ingredients, and then use a ice from a icemaker refrigerator, then BAM you dont enjoy it as you expected. it isnt a bad Gin/Sprit? otherdrink.  It is possibly the Ice.

    Carbonation can be one of the most important characteristics to impact the Mouthfeel and influnce the flavours in Water , 

    it is very important for pairing aswell to use the carbonation as a tool to change the perception of the food it will be paired with. 

    natural carbonation , yes the water rises to the surface with bubbles in it from the natural volcanic , and Artificial carbonation is where carbon has been absorbed into the water that we have added. 


    Both are very tasty , and both taste different, understanding more about carbonation will create better dining experiences, and more enjoyment.
