natural carbonation , yes the water rises to the surface with bubbles in it from the natural volcanic , and Artificial carbonation is where carbon has been absorbed into the water that we have added.
Both are very tasty , and both taste different, understanding more about carbonation will create better dining experiences, and more enjoyment.
