    What We're Covering:

    • When did you learn to feel guilty about wanting more things or more out of life?
    • How guilt keeps good people from taking their power (and gives it to those who don't deserve it)
    • Why good people wanting more actually makes the world better (you take others with you)
    • The body response when you think about big dreams (anxiety of expansion vs. real anxiety)
    • How judging bold women is discomfort with our own smallness
    • What would you do if you actually believed "Why not me?"

    Your Empowerment Tools:Guilt Origin Work: When did these stories come up? Where did you learn wanting more = selfish?

    Permission Questions: "If I didn't feel guilty, what would I pursue? Who would I no longer tolerate? How would I go about my day?"

    Anxiety Reframe: When big dreams create anxiety, breathe into it and recognize it as expansion anxiety, not real danger

    Affirmation Practice: "I get to have this. I can hold space for this. I am safe. I will be supported. Everything I need will come."

    Key Reframe: When good people want more, they take others with them - "Let's ALL experience abundance, overflow, travel, deeper connection." But we're taught wanting more = selfish, so we give power away. The anxiety you feel about big dreams isn't real danger - it's the anxiety of who you're becoming.

    Truth Bomb: If you were genuinely content, you wouldn't be complaining, feeling drained, or secretly thinking "is this it?" First step: admit there's a fear in you about wanting too much. Become aware of it.

    Day 3 Challenge: Pay attention to what it feels like in your body to want something more. Then lean INTO it - don't push away or hide. See what comes up.

    Abundance DNA Mapping: Trace back where scarcity thinking started - your childhood, mom's lineage, grandma's, great grandma's?

    Story Rewrite: When you catch yourself in victim mode, ask "What's a new story I can tell myself? How can I be the hero?"

    Pattern Recognition: Notice where you're addicted to complaining and where it serves you (spoiler: it doesn't actually serve you)

    Key Reframe: It's easier to complain and stay small than to talk about why things COULD happen or what you CAN control. Your lack stories aren't your fault - most parents didn't know what we know now about abundance and did their best. But these stories don't need to continue being YOUR story.

    Truth Bomb: Complaining makes you feel in control when life doesn't reflect what you want, but it's the opposite - you're pushing away what you deserve and calling in more things to complain about. You can be the hero who saves yourself, and that's pretty damn cool.

    Day 2 Challenge: Go through your day feeling abundant and in overflow. Catch yourself leaning into victim mode and create a new empowering story instead.
