Today's episode is a vent session. Come vent with us.

We're talking about all the things that make life feel hard right now. The stuff that makes you say, "what the flock is going on"??

You know the season. Nothing is technically wrong, and you still feel off. You're irritated. Everything is harder than it should be. Your patience is about three seconds long. You're questioning your entire life while unloading the dishwasher and you cannot point to one single reason why.

We're getting into the tiny things that make us disproportionately angry, how to tell the difference between overwhelmed and something actually needs to change, and why the sock on the floor was never really about the sock. Plus what to do when your body figures out you're done with something before your brain catches up.

Not every WTF season means something is wrong with you. Sometimes it's just the messy middle between what was working and whatever comes next.

Life is a lot louder when you feel alone. So we're building a room for it.

It's a community we're building over on Skool, and it's where this conversation keeps going after we stop recording. A place to be seen, to share the good and the hard. A flock of like-minded mamas to share life with.
