Ma la vacca da latte non va mai in ferie?
Parto dal presupposto che le nostre moderne stalle dispongono dei più alti comfort da far invidia ai più ambiti resort estivi, di conseguenza, la vita delle nostre bovine è da considerarsi ben distante dallo stressante.
In ogni caso, circa dal settimo mese di gravidanza in poi, la vacca viene spostata in un ambiente diverso, dagli ampi spazi e con spesso un pascolo esterno.
Questo periodo viene definito "asciutta".
