  • S3 Ep2: Redefining Success - On My Own Terms with Keira Rumble
    May 21 2025

In this episode of Up Past Bedtime, I sat down with the incredible Kira Rumble — a successful entrepreneur, mum, and the founder of one of my favourite businesses, Mini + Me.

We had such a raw and honest conversation about what success really means, especially as women who are trying to do it all. Kira opened up about her journey through business and motherhood, sharing deeply personal experiences with infertility and hyperemesis gravidarum, and how those moments have shaped her definition of success today.

We spoke about the reality of navigating motherhood while running multiple businesses, the mental load that comes with it, and how important it is to be vulnerable and open — because it’s in those moments we find real connection and community. We also touched on our own experiences with ADHD and ASD, the pressure women feel to "have it all," and how we’ve both learned to prioritise happiness and intuition over hustle culture.

This episode is such a beautiful reminder that success doesn’t have to look one way — it can be soft, messy, meaningful, and entirely your own.

  • S3 Episode 2: You can be your own 'cool girl' - Relearning what it means to be confident
    May 14 2025

In this episode of Up Past Bedtime, I’m diving deep into something that’s been such a huge part of my personal journey lately - rediscovering my confidence. I talk on this journey, neurodivergence, motherhood, and everything in between. I open up about my ADHD and ASD diagnoses and how they’ve shaped the way I see myself, especially after navigating the thick fog of postpartum depression.

This episode is all about unmasking - letting go of the pressure to be who we think we should be and reconnecting with who we actually are. I talk about the constant tension between the curated version of ourselves and our real, raw selves, and what it’s looked like for me to start setting boundaries, stop people-pleasing, and finally feel more at home in my own skin.

I’m sharing personal stories, the messy bits, and some of the steps that have helped me start showing up more authentically in my life. If you’ve ever felt like you were performing instead of living (or if you’re just tired of being everything to everyone) , this one’s for you. Let’s talk about who we are when we stop hiding.

  • After Dark S3 E1: Truth Or Drink
    May 8 2025

Welcome to the very first episode of Up Past Bedtime: After Dark — a new series where things get a little juicier, a little deeper, and definitely more unfiltered. Think of it like a late-night convo with your girlfriends once the kids are asleep and the wine is flowing. No topic is off limits here.

To kick it off, I’m playing Truth or Drink, answering your spicy, personal questions — and yes, I went there. From my favourite sex position (yep, we said it) to whether I regret ending my marriage, nothing was off the table. If I didn’t want to answer... I had to drink.

It’s raw, honest, a little wild, and exactly what After Dark is all about. Let’s stay up late together.
