  • how to become your own best friend (& actually trust yourself)
    Jan 20 2026
Most of us know how to show up for other people, but very few of us know how to show up for ourselves. This week, it’s just us, and I’m sharing a practical guide to becoming your own best friend (and what that actually means). Spoiler alert: self-care isn’t really on the list (maybe a quick mention here or there), because I’ve found it goes way deeper than bubble baths and face masks (though I’m a h03 for a bubble bath, k). We’re talking: self-talk, learning to trust your intuition, regulating your emotions, fostering community, staying curious, and letting yourself take up all the space you desire. We also cover: building self-trust and confidence emotional regulation and nervous system awareness setting boundaries without guilt personal growth and mindset shifts strengthening your relationship with yourself showing up for yourself in friendships and relationships And more. I hope there’s something in here you needed, and as always, I’d love to know what it was. • how to stop playing it safe & build your dream life ft. Taylor Popik
    Jan 13 2026
"If it's your calling, it won't stop calling you." This week on Unwineding, I’m joined by Taylor Popik for a calming, inspiring and honest conversation about what it really looks like to stop playing it safe and start building a life that feels aligned. Taylor shares her journey from practicing law in New York to becoming a full-time content creator, yoga teacher, and entrepreneur—and how trusting herself changed everything. We talk about redefining success, choosing fulfillment over fear, and releasing the pressure to have it all figured out. This episode is for anyone craving clarity, confidence, and permission to take one aligned step forward, even when the path isn’t fully clear yet. And there's a little dating and friendship talk, OF COURSE. As always, take whatever resonates and leave the rest. • lessons about life, love & friendship I wish I knew sooner
    Jan 6 2026
Things you know I love: lessons and lists. And we’re back (hi, missed you!) with the first solo episode of 2026—and I’m sharing the life, love, and friendship lessons I’m intentionally carrying forward this year. These are the shifts that changed how I date, how I show up in my friendships, and how I move through my own life—the ones I wish I’d learned sooner, and the ones I’m finally honoring now. Consider this episode a reminder that growth doesn’t come from doing more; it comes from seeing things differently. If you’re in a season of choosing yourself, re-evaluating your relationships, or craving clarity and self-trust, I hope you’ll feel seen here. As always, take whatever you need and leave the rest. • THE DEBRIEF: why being sensitive is a gift
    Dec 9 2025
A conversation for anyone who's ever been told they're "too sensitive." In this first DEBRIEF episode (hi, welcome!!!), we’re talking about sensitivity—why it feels so overwhelming, why we try to hide it, and why it’s actually one of the greatest gifts you can have. I break down what it really means to feel deeply, the science behind highly sensitive people, and why sensitivity creates stronger relationships, deeper connection, and emotional clarity. We also get into self-critique, overthinking, vulnerability, and the truth that people can only meet you where they’ve met themselves. Think of this as a reminder that your sensitivity isn’t a flaw you need to fix—it’s how your people recognize you, connect with you, and feel safe with you. We talk about:• why sensitivity is a strength• how being “too much” is often just being deeply attuned• self-critique, emotional depth, and overthinking• attracting the right people by being fully yourself If you’re navigating dating, friendship, self-worth, or seasons of feeling “too much,” this episode will help you feel more grounded, more understood, and more connected to who you really are. • what men wish women knew about dating ft. Ben Hart
    Dec 2 2025
“Women have a difficult time keeping the guys they like around and men have a hard time getting the girls they want.” Hi ladiesssss, I'm so excited to welcome Ben Hart, dating coach & content creator, to Unwineding this week! Don’t tell him, but he’s one of my favorite voices in the dating space—I find his advice direct, fun, practical, and incredibly honest (which is what we sometimes don’t want but absolutely need). Think of this episode as your guide to modern dating—we’re exploring the messy, sometimes confusing early stages where most of us (hi, women who unfortunately date men) start to lose our power. We get into how dating content overload is making us over-intellectualize everything, why we’re obsessed with templates and rules, and what actually matters more than counting the hours between his texts. We talk:• why we’re all over-consuming dating advice and under-listening to how we actually feel• the difference between being strategic vs. being hyper-tactical and counting every minute between texts• “matching energy,” reacting to his every move, and how that quietly gives your power away• why texting makes us *lose our minds* sometimes• how men are thinking about vulnerability• the art of FLIRTING (and how to get approached out in the wild)• worthiness, self-respect, and identity shifts for the relationship you want If you want to feel more confident, more calm, and more in your power during the early stages of dating (and beyond), this episode is going to be your new best friend. As always, take whatever you needed today & leave the rest. • we’re part-time baddies ft. Alexis Waters
    Nov 25 2025
File this episode under: two girls with severe ADHD in their luteal phase, talking absolute nonsense and forgetting microphones were involved. My beautiful girl Alexis Waters is back on Unwineding (or rather, I went to Dallas to see her), and we caught up on all the important matters: antidepressants, planning a day for our least favorite ex, female friendship, body dysmorphia, self-worth, etc. We break down friendship tiers, the qualities we actually look for in the women we keep close, and why the people around you literally shape who you become. A little unhinged girl talk, if you will. Hope you enjoy. LOVE YOU. x Our first episode together: 'how to catch a cheater, fall in love, & stay (kinda) sane ft. • mastering detachment, becoming magnetic, & attracting the love you want ft. Sabrina Bendory
    Nov 18 2025
"You have to rewire your beliefs to find the love you want." In this episode, I sit down with author, creator, and dating & relationship expert Sabrina Bendory for one of the most grounding conversations I’ve had about modern relationships. We talk about detachment—what it actually is, how women can practice it without becoming cold or avoidant, and why stepping back is sometimes the most self-loving thing you can do. Sabrina breaks down anxious attachment, self-abandonment, emotional spiraling, and why our nervous system plays a bigger role in dating than we think. We also dive into: learning to trust your intuition, why “mixed signals” aren’t as complicated as they seem, how to stop chasing emotionally unavailable men, and the real mindset shift every woman needs to date from a place of self-worth. If you’re tired of feeling anxious in dating, if you want to understand your patterns, or if you just want to feel more grounded in who you ARE—this episode is your reset. More topics we explore: self-sabotage why your thoughts shape your life the concept of 'upper limits' fear of abandonment why you get attached too quickly the psychology behind attachment heartbreak lessons self-worth and boundaries feeling like you have to earn love becoming magnetic And so much more. As always, I hope there's something in here you needed. Take whatever resonates—leave the rest.
