  • The State of the American Farm With Special Guest Clare Dunn
    Jan 29 2026

Country music veteran, singer songwriter extraordinaire, Clare Dunn joined Lauri & Sarah on this recent episode. Clare, being bold enough to strike out on her own and disassemble from the major label and the demoralizing music biz reconnected with her values and makes music that is close to her heart which has led her on an additional path. Clare, who grew up on a family ranch in Southeast Colorado has recentered herself with her roots and wisdom of the plight of an American farmer. Clare spends much of her time now advocating for America's farmers, educating the public on the state of farm scarcity and busting myths that people think about farmers. She tours, writes music, speaks at agriculture events and has a new podcast called The Real Rural which highlights farmers and provides much needed schooling on what is happening with our farms today. Fast fact: it's not good.
