  • Kylie Toberman | MURDER - DEVELOPING CASE
    Dec 16 2025

On November 14th, 2025, 14-year-old Kylie Toberman was reported missing in Vandalia, Illinois. Hours later, her body was discovered right behind her own home.

Kylie was a bright middle schooler and her wrestling team's "most improved wrestler." When her adoptive mother left for medical treatment, she left Kylie and her sisters in the care of 43-year-old Arnold Rivera Jr.—a man with a disturbing criminal history including charges of child sexual abuse.

Months before Kylie's death, warnings about Arnold's interactions with Kylie were reported to DCFS. They were ignored.

This is a story about a child failed at every turn—by family, by the system, and by adults who looked the other way.

**This episode contains content involving sexual violence against a child.

    Nov 16 2025
SIGN THE PETITION: Petition Justice for Jax: Oversight Now!Jax Gratton was a 34-year-old transgender woman and a beloved Denver hairstylist who l built a life defined by authenticity, community, and purpose. On the night of April 15, 2025, Jax left her Denver, CO apartment around 10 p.m., telling her roommate she would be out for about three hours. She never came home. Her family and community rallied and searched for 2 months - but ultimately, her body was found severely decomposed and partially mummified—in a narrow space beneath the second-story window of a Lakewood apartment complex. As of NOW, officials have said they can’t say if Jax fell, jumped, or was pushed from the window while alive, or if she was dropped from the window after death. The official finding for both the cause and manner of death was left as undetermined.None of this is adding up.And it is this lack of definitive answers (and so much more) that has spurred Jax's friends and family into a determined fight for justice. Loved ones are petitioning for an independent oversight task force to monitor the investigation to ensure it is transparent and thorough- and you can help!I want to hear from YOU! • Mischa Johnson | SOLVED MURDER
    Oct 7 2025

In July 2024, 19-year-old Mischa Johnson vanished from Hawaii's Schofield Barracks while six months pregnant. Her husband, Pfc. Dewayne Johnson II, joined the search efforts as the military community rallied to find her.

But when investigators dug deeper, a confession revealed the horrific truth: explosive rage, calculated violence, and a desperate cover-up attempt.

Despite receiving little media attention outside of Hawaii, this case deserves scrutiny.

  • Brian Epperson - Reacheal Dawson, Kristen Morris, Hilory Davis | DEVELOPING CASES
    Sep 1 2025

“Why doesn’t it affect me to see someone die?”

    “Does dying of suffocation hurt?”

    “Strangulation and suffocation.”

"How long does it take for a body to turn cold after death?”

“How long after death does the jaw lock?”

“How long for coroner to determine cause of death?”

These are just some of the chilling searches Brian Phillip Epperson reportedly made after the suspicious overdose deaths of two women.

In this episode, we explore THREE strikingly similar overdose cases and other crimes linked to Epperson in Kentucky. As of September 2025, Epperson has only been charged with one of these murders and is, of course, presumed innocent until proven guilty. But these women—Reacheal, Krissi, and Hilory—deserve to be remembered for who they were, not just how they died.

  • Mommy Is In The Trees: The Tube Sock Killer | UNSOLVED
    Aug 17 2025

In the winter of 1985, Diane Robertson & Mike Riemer set out into the Washington backwoods with their toddler to cut down a Christmas tree— they never returned. Later that evening, their 2-year-old, Crystal was found wandering alone in a Kmart parking lot. She couldn’t say who she was or how she got there, only repeating: “Mommy is in the trees.”

Her mother, Diana Robertson, would be discovered months later — murdered and left in the woods with her hands bound and a tube sock tied around her neck. Her father, Mike Riemer, vanished without a trace.

But this wasn’t the first crime of its kind. Just months earlier, another couple — Steven Harkins and Ruth Cooper — had also been killed in the wilderness, Ruth was also found with a tube sock knotted around her neck.

For decades, theories swirled. Was Mike a violent killer who struck twice? Or the fourth victim of a predator still at large?
