In this energizing episode, we’re diving into the power of member feedback with two incredible guests, both deeply involved with the ACSI American Satisfaction Index—but bringing very different perspectives. On one side, we have Eric Hawkins, COO and General Counsel at Trico Electric Cooperative, Inc., who offers the cooperative perspective on leveraging ACSI results. On the other side, Kelly Stallard, Program Director at CFI Group, brings a broader, data-driven view, drawing on her experience with a wide range of organizations using ACSI.
