Officers from the Cheshire Constabulary stood guard at the rear of a property on Hylton Court in Ellesmere Port. An ominous white tent had been erected covering a section of the garden at the bottom of a terraced house. Specialists congregated in the confined space of a brick outbuilding and methodically began chipping away at layers of cement covering a large object that seemed out of place.
