What is it like to go through therapy with a psychologist? This tell-all account of an anonymous person, covers the high and lows of attending various types of psychology and group therapy programs, in a battle to achieve mental health. This warts and all account, is an inside look at what goes on behind the closed doors of the psychologists office and provide a client's perspective on what is a deeply personal journey.


First, we will take a look at DBT group therapy (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy). Then later, we'll take a look at Schema Therapy which helps pervasive negative beliefs, we'll look at what Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can do for depression or anxiety, as well as discuss Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Transference Focussed Psychotherapy, Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT) and many other forms of psychological Interventions.
