Just a friendly, good-humored romp on Films we taped a few days ago that I'm posting for your enjoyment. We started on old B&W flicks from the 1930s and 1940s, but as often happens,

It became a little unstructured, and we went off track and further into the Century, onto color films, and even a little on the early days of TV before cable came along and gave us too many channels...

This is another little random Nostalgic trip into the past.

Piotr Nowocień, is a Polish-American entrepreneur, investor, and political activist known for his innovative ventures and cultural diplomacy. He founded Vivélo, a boutique bicycle brand in Miami’s Wynwood district, celebrated for its vibrant, customizable cruisers and endorsed by figures like Kevin O’Leary. In 2022, he launched Pierogi One, a fast-casual restaurant chain introducing modernized Polish pierogi to American audiences, earning media attention from outlets like Forbes. His earlier career includes leading InPost Finanse’s mobile payment innovations and founding Asapon, Poland’s first network of automated parcel-sending kiosks, revolutionizing logistics with 24/7 accessibility.

Nowocień also played a pivotal role in restructuring Radomiak Radom, his hometown football club, where he retains a 25% stake and legal rights to its name.

Beyond business, he is a dedicated supporter of the Republican Party and Polish-American relations, serving as a director of the American Institute of Polish Culture and founding the National Polish American Foundation. In 2025, he participated in the Friends of Poland Summit at Mar-a-Lago, strengthening U.S.-Poland ties alongside prominent political figures.

We finally got to talk with Gregory Lyakhov, a personable and intelligent young man who is already making waves in the world of Politics, even though he is only 18.

Mike and I were very impressed by his knowledge, abilities, common sense, accomplishments and eloquence.

While he describes himself as a Constitutional Conservative Libertarian, he considers Alan Dershowitz (the ONLY True, Honest Liberal today) a Mentor.

Keep an eye on this young man, he has the potential to become a Game-Changer in the Future.

This time Mike and I interviewed Blake Fisher, who hails himself as The Homeless Conservative.

Blake is, as you'll see, and Anti-Trumper from way back, and apparently doesn't see any of the good things that President Trump has accomplished: not in his first term, where he accomplished a lot despite daily active opposition from both the media and Democrats, nor in his current term, where he has arguably had more success in six months than most presidents have during their entire 4 or 8 year terms.

The conversation remained civil throughout, despite several times when Mike or I disagreed with what Blake was saying.

Never let it be said that we don't speak to people with opposing viewpoints (and yes, we kind of knew that going in, though not the extent of Blake's hatred of Trump).

Then again, that we will speak to anyone even on thee other side of the political spectrum was evident when we had our interview earlier this week with The Gnarly Girls, both staunch leftists; but we all stayed away from making our differences a point of contention, and both Mike and I had a great time in that interview - and I believe the Girls did also.

Proving that even when you have political differences with someone, you can find many more topics on which you can find common ground and enjoy their company.
