About this listen

Mainly political, but not always; I hope you’ll find whatever I talk about both entertaining and educational. The name is from a weekly column I wrote in the early 90s, and is a subtle reference to my being “behind enemy lines” - a (then) Republican surrounded by Democrats; that situation has worsened, as I now watch both Democrats & RINOs they slowly turn The Garden State into a Shithole...I believe in true Republican Principles, not in the Establishment GOP these days. So I describe myself as a Constitutional Conservative Libertarian. And thankfully, I’m not as alone as I once thought.Roy Pitta’s The View From Here Political Science Politics & Government

  • Soap made from cow dung???

We ramble onto a slew of topics, starting with cell phone bans in NYC schools, soap made from cow dung, did Mohammad write the Koran - or even exist?, eventually ending up with a quote I heard Steven Crowder say this morning, and which I had to post on X.

    NO POLITICS TODAY!

Just a friendly, good-humored romp on Films we taped a few days ago that I'm posting for your enjoyment. We started on old B&W flicks from the 1930s and 1940s, but as often happens,

It became a little unstructured, and we went off track and further into the Century, onto color films, and even a little on the early days of TV before cable came along and gave us too many channels...

This is another little random Nostalgic trip into the past.
