    Jan 4 2023

Aesha Tahir started out like a lot of us in a very sedentary job. As an IT professional, she worked long desk-bound hours. When she developed sciatica in her lower back, she needed to do something. Movement became critical. Eventually, she joined a gym. And with her first spinning class everything changed. She went from IT to Fitness Specialist.  Her new book, Unhunched, comes out in May 2023 about the importance of posture and how to improve it.

This is the final Success Snap of 2022. For this final show, it's just you and Karyn. Have the first three years of the Roaring 20s been anything but a rip-roaring good time? Hopefully, 2023 will be better. At least it will for The Snap. We introduce our Tik Tok and some great things happening for our Facebook group. We also talk about keeping an eye out for your snap and what to do when it happens.
