Aesha Tahir started out like a lot of us in a very sedentary job. As an IT professional, she worked long desk-bound hours. When she developed sciatica in her lower back, she needed to do something. Movement became critical. Eventually, she joined a gym. And with her first spinning class everything changed. She went from IT to Fitness Specialist.
