About this listen

Welcome to the REALLY BaD Mental Health Podcast. Three great friends from a Crossfit gym in rural Dorset are trying to break the stigma around mental health by talking about the ups and downs of life. Adam, Adam and Lisa speak honestly and openly about everything related to their own mental health journeys and their lives. This is our journey! The idea of this podcast came off of the back of Adam and Adam's idea to set up a not-for-profit clothing brand, The Brave and Determined Company (BaD Co). All profits from the company are given to charity to support others on their own mental health journeys. We just want to break the stigma around mental health. Support us at www.badco.uk Every penny of profit goes to helping others!

    ****Trigger warning****

On this week's edition, we talk mental health in the rural community which includes discussion on suicide (at 33 minutes) and wider industry.

Of course, we also find time to go down various rabbit holes (and up mountains) and stumble across awkward and amusing topics.
