In June 2000, Cleveland police officer Wayne Leon conducted a routine traffic stop that escalated into a fatal shooting.
The suspect, Quisi Bryan, fled the scene but was quickly identified and arrested following a rapid investigation involving eyewitness accounts and vehicle tracking.
