The story of year 4, season 3 - 2025!

The Prosperous Yogini Podcast is 4 years old - eek!

And it feels appropriate to spend the next 4 episodes reflecting on those 4 years.

Because the lessons from this window of time in my business and life are lessons that we all need to hear.

The highs, the lows, and the weird stuff in between are all part of being a self-employed, service-based business owner.

The secret is - you've got to be here for it all.

At this point I've realised that I probably should have moved to season 4 by now - but it's my podcast, and I make up the rules.

2025 was a real roller coaster. In truth, I was doing too much; I was not honouring my true capacity, and the body, as ever, kept the score.

2025 taught me that sometimes less is more, that we have to let things go. Not all KPIs (key performance indicators) are cash. By the end of 2025, I'd pulled back on a lot of my work.

But my podcast was with me through it all and continues to be.

Here's to another 4 years (and more…) and here's to definitely to starting season 4 next episode!

2024 was a big internal and external shift for me professionally. I made a HUGE investment in myself and my business because I was ready for a huge shift - and I knew I couldn't do it alone.

Once I got over myself, I stepped out as not just Amy-Yoga, but as Amy Jones Mentor LTD. I laugh at what a big thing I made of this, but at the time, it felt like a big deal. Everyone knew me as Amy-Yoga - could I really be something else as well?

Yet the whisper that became a roar had become too loud to ignore!

And the beauty of my podcast has meant that this evolution of my business can be heard in my episodes.
