  • TPC Gold | Have I Left It Too Late to Buy Property?
    Apr 29 2025

It’s a question many Australians are quietly asking themselves: “Is it too late for me to buy property?”

In this TPC Gold snippet, Ben and Bryce respond to a heartfelt listener question from Luke—who, at 46, is still renting with his wife and two teenage kids.

With $80k in savings and a growing concern about renting into retirement, Luke wants to know if it’s worth taking on a $700K mortgage at this stage of life, or if it’s simply too late to start the property journey?

Fantastic information

These guys are brilliant! I have learnt so much from listening to TPC and I now feel better prepared to take the leap into the property market as an investor. As the wise Ben Kingsley says, knowledge is empowering but only if you act on it!

The lifestyle podcast with a property twist

FINALLY finished EVERY episode... I got onto this podcast late in the game and had 7 years to catch up on!! Proud to say i have worked my way through every single episode from the beginning - even the RBA updates I dont really understand. Bryce and Ben are so easy to listen to, and I often find myself giggling along to their banter as I pull up at work. Interestingly the show has actually made me realise my husband and I don't "need" to invest in property (very lucky couple to have double defined benefit super in retirement). For me this podcast has honestly changed my life, the guest speakers are always interesting and inspirational. They choose down to earth people I find I can relate to, not... Wankers 🤣. I've jumped onto a number of other audiobooks from their recommendations and guests. In the last 12-18 months my mindset has been transformed in relation to finance, career, education, even parenting! Slightly obsessed... My kids even think they know Bryce and Ben because most days they see their faces on the car display. THANK YOU Bryce, Ben and the rest of the team for providing this podcast, you're changing people's lives in more ways than you probably realise.
