  • Chapter 14: Bringing the $3,000-a-Week Goal to Life (The Audiobook)
    Feb 12 2026

There is no perfect property plan.

Only the one that fits your life.

In the final chapter of How to Retire on $3,000 a Week, Bryce and Ben walk through real-life case studies that show how different Australians apply the same framework in very different ways.

Young families. Singles. Rentvesters. Empty nesters. Career-focused couples. Each starting from a different place, but all work toward the same outcome: Financial peace.

This chapter is not about copying someone else’s strategy; it’s about seeing what is possible when you design a plan that fits your life because the most powerful plan is the one you actually follow.

🎁 FREE for a limited time only as Bryce’s farewell gift. Two chapters daily from 6–12 February. Listen now.

  • Chapter 13: Landing the Plane (The Audiobook)
    Feb 11 2026

Building wealth is only half the job. Keeping it is what really counts.

In Chapter 13 of How to Retire on $3,000 a Week, Bryce and Ben explain the critical shift from getting wealthy to staying wealthy and walk through the three main ways investors land the plane in retirement.

This chapter is not about chasing more. It is about protecting what you have built, creating sustainable income, and setting yourself up for a life of financial peace and contribution.

Because wealth that lasts is built with intention.

  • Chapter 12: Tax and Property (The Audiobook)
    Feb 11 2026

Tax is not the reason to invest in property. But it can shape the outcome more than most people realise.

In Chapter 12 of How to Retire on $3,000 a Week, Bryce and Ben unpack the tax side of property investing in a clear, balanced way.

We're talking about ownership structures, negative gearing, stamp duty, land tax, capital gains tax, and the role tax plays in building long-term financial independence.

This chapter is not about loopholes or shortcuts. It is about understanding the rules of the game so you can make confident, informed decisions.

Because when you understand tax, you stop reacting and start planning.

Very practical! Concise, but cover many scenarios. Givers of information and experience. Value you can't buy.

These guys are brilliant! I have learnt so much from listening to TPC and I now feel better prepared to take the leap into the property market as an investor. As the wise Ben Kingsley says, knowledge is empowering but only if you act on it!

Fantastic information

Thanks for being so informative, it’s great to know that anyone can give it a crack and succeed if you apply yourself correctly, to have that information is very empowering.

Thank you

FINALLY finished EVERY episode... I got onto this podcast late in the game and had 7 years to catch up on!! Proud to say i have worked my way through every single episode from the beginning - even the RBA updates I dont really understand. Bryce and Ben are so easy to listen to, and I often find myself giggling along to their banter as I pull up at work. Interestingly the show has actually made me realise my husband and I don't "need" to invest in property (very lucky couple to have double defined benefit super in retirement). For me this podcast has honestly changed my life, the guest speakers are always interesting and inspirational. They choose down to earth people I find I can relate to, not... Wankers 🤣. I've jumped onto a number of other audiobooks from their recommendations and guests. In the last 12-18 months my mindset has been transformed in relation to finance, career, education, even parenting! Slightly obsessed... My kids even think they know Bryce and Ben because most days they see their faces on the car display. THANK YOU Bryce, Ben and the rest of the team for providing this podcast, you're changing people's lives in more ways than you probably realise.
