Found this really interesting

It didn’t help me sleep, I stayed awake to listen to it all because I actually really enjoyed it. So I guess the goal wasn’t achieved but loved it.

My fav

Although l find this story really interesting, l have listened so much with such great sleep success. l only have to hear nicks voice and l relax. I can repeat the first half of the story but don’t remember the second. That says it all.

Sorry Nick

Although I find baseball almost foreign to me, not being much of a sport fan at all and an Australian, the tempo of the recount on “the perfect swing” was too fast. It’s wasn’t sleep inducing - rather interesting really. Next time please slow down…
