If your only focus is the number on the scale, you are limiting your hardwork to a very meaningless factor. The scale tells us the gravitational pull on our body but it doesn't show us the whole picture. When we begin prioritizing Non-Scale Victories, we will be opened to an incredible mindset that sees way more progress in more important areas. Health, Strength, Sleep, Physical body, and Relationships are fantastic ways to see non-scale victories.

ARFID often impacts the nutritients anindividual takes in becuase of the limited variety of foods being consumed. This can be a sensory issue, a fear of what will happen if they try new or different foods, or a general lack of interest in food altogether.

If you or someone you know is struggling with ARFID, you don't want to miss this opportunity to hear from Sam Withrow on this topic.
