About this listen

Opinions are easy, understanding takes work. What if everything you think you know about “those people”… is wrong?

Welcome to Tell Me More with Nicole Walters - the unfiltered, judgment-free zone where curiosity leads and honest conversations follow.

In a world shaped by echo chambers and algorithms, it’s easy to form opinions about people we’ve never actually met. The sugar baby. The trans woman. The undocumented immigrant. The reality TV star. We’ve heard about them but have we ever heard from them?

That’s what this show is all about.

Born out of Nicole’s 2020 Tough Talk Series, Tell Me More is a space where we refuse to make the world smaller and scarier. There’s no room for hate, racism, or bigotry here—but there’s plenty of room for bold, uncomfortable, and deeply human conversations.

Each week, Nicole sits down with the people you’re most curious about and asks the questions you’ve been too afraid (or too filtered) to ask. It’s raw. It’s candid. It’s not about changing your mind - it’s about giving you the real story so you can make up your own.

You’ll also hear updates on Nicole’s life, business, and family but at its core, this show is a place to listen well, grow together, and build confidence in your own character.

So if you’re ready to break out of your bubble, challenge your assumptions, and hear directly from the source…

This is the podcast you’ve been waiting for.

  • About... Being an Undocumented Immigrant (with Andrea Cruz)
    Jul 16 2025

It took over 30 years for Andrea Cruz to gain her American citizenship, and her lawyer said she had it easy…

You may have opinions about undocumented immigrants and that’s exactly why I’m chatting with Andrea Cruz today.

Andrea was an undocumented immigrant from Peru for much of her adult life. She shares how her parents brought her to America legally at the age of 9 and the hoops she had to jump through to gain her citizenship.

There are so many misconceptions about immigrants and the process they must go through to chase The American Dream.

Andrea shares what her local community is going through with the current political rhetoric and how they are supporting one another. Immigrants, just like any group of people, are not a monolith. We all have more in common than we may believe.

With any chat, it's important for us to listen with an open mind and heart. Thank you to Andrea for opening up about her lived experience and thank YOU for being here to learn and listen.

  • About Being... Gen Z (with Kris Walters)
    Jul 8 2025

“ Mental health can be all consuming but having a community helps a lot.”

We’ve all heard that Gen Z is more focused on their mental health than any other generation but why? In this chat, we get to hear from my 23-year-old daughter Kris, who shares some of the struggles faced by Gen Z, particularly around mental health, societal pressures, and workplace challenges.

Kris opens up about her recent mental health issues, the anxiety faced by undocumented friends, and the impact of political and social climates on her generation. She explains why her and her friends are so focused on community and if they are interested in pursuing “The American Dream.”

And friend, don’t miss the part when I ask Kris about a new dating app and she completely shuts me down!

With any chat, it's important for us to listen with an open mind and heart. Thank you to Kris for opening up about her world and thank YOU for being here to learn and listen.

  • About Being a Sugar Baby (with Margo Graff)
    Jul 1 2025

“Every woman should feel comfortable asking for what they need and receiving it, in any relationship.”

The self-proclaimed Queen of Receiving and sugar baby, Margo Graff, is here to chat with us about her philosophy behind receiving.

Margo shares how she became a sugar baby and what that lifestyle really looks like in LA. You may be surprised to hear that it has a lot to do with seeing yourself as an asset, having gratitude for what you already have, and feeling comfortable receiving support from others.

Even if you don’t agree with the sugar baby lifestyle, I truly believe there is something to learn from every person and every life.

Thank you to Margo for sharing so openly and thank YOU for being here to learn and listen.
