The Nichole Banks Podcast - Episode 1.10: The Truth About My Divorce, My Mistakes, and Finding My Purpose

Welcome to the Nichole Banks Podcast, where divorced women heal, grow, and find new love while daring to begin thriving! In today’s episode, I’m sharing something very personal—my story, my mistakes, and how I found my purpose through all of it.

    In This Episode:

Happy New Year, 2025! It’s time to shake things up and level up. I want you to think about what you’re going to do differently this year—because change is possible, and it all starts with YOU.

My Story: Today, I’m getting vulnerable and sharing the truth about my journey through two divorces, personal mistakes, and a life-changing wake-up call. I talk about how my second divorce shattered everything I thought I knew about love and myself.

The Hard Truth: From struggling with rejection and anger to hitting rock bottom with a financial mistake that landed me in an unexpected place, I’m opening up about it all. But here’s the thing—my rock bottom turned into the foundation for my biggest transformation.

Rebuilding My Life: In prison, of all places, I found clarity, strength, and a newfound purpose. Through personal growth, self-improvement, and facing my own accountability, I learned how to rebuild from the ground up.

A New Purpose: Now, I’m on a mission to help other women like you who are going through tough times, so you don’t have to feel alone. The pain you’re feeling right now is real, but there is a way through it.

Healing is Messy: I also share some laughable moments in my healing journey (hello, yoga and emotional support cat), proving that healing is far from perfect—but it’s totally worth it.

My Big Ask: Take that first step, no matter how small. Whether it’s setting a boundary, saying no, or simply getting out of bed today, I’ll be here cheering you on.
