Episode 111: Save This for When the Doubt Creeps In

Welcome back to The Nichole Banks Podcast—your go-to corner of the internet where divorced women rise, reignite their confidence, and dare to begin again.

This one? Oof, you’re going to want to download it, save it, favorite it, maybe even tattoo it on your emotional emergency kit (kidding… kind of). Because in today’s episode, we’re tackling the moments when self-doubt shows up wearing your old hoodie, camped out on your couch whispering things like:

    • “Shouldn’t I be over this by now?”
    • “Am I too broken or too complicated to start again?”
    • “What if I’m the problem?”

Spoiler alert: Nope. Nope. And again, nope.

    Nichole gets real about:

    • Why healing isn’t linear (and how crying into your pillow over that song is actually progress)
    • The three biggest lies self-doubt tells (and how to shut them down with truth bombs and a touch of sass)
    • What it really means to choose yourself, even when you’re exhausted, scared, and wondering WTF comes next
    • The power of community, courage, and calling your shot with two simple words: Watch me.

You’ll laugh, maybe cry a little, and definitely feel seen, heard, and held—because this isn’t just an episode, it’s your spiritual pep talk.

  • 110. The Truth About My Divorce, My Mistakes, And Finding My Purpose
    Jan 3 2025

The Nichole Banks Podcast - Episode 1.10: The Truth About My Divorce, My Mistakes, and Finding My Purpose

Welcome to the Nichole Banks Podcast, where divorced women heal, grow, and find new love while daring to begin thriving! In today’s episode, I’m sharing something very personal—my story, my mistakes, and how I found my purpose through all of it.

    In This Episode:

Happy New Year, 2025! It’s time to shake things up and level up. I want you to think about what you’re going to do differently this year—because change is possible, and it all starts with YOU.

My Story: Today, I’m getting vulnerable and sharing the truth about my journey through two divorces, personal mistakes, and a life-changing wake-up call. I talk about how my second divorce shattered everything I thought I knew about love and myself.

The Hard Truth: From struggling with rejection and anger to hitting rock bottom with a financial mistake that landed me in an unexpected place, I’m opening up about it all. But here’s the thing—my rock bottom turned into the foundation for my biggest transformation.

Rebuilding My Life: In prison, of all places, I found clarity, strength, and a newfound purpose. Through personal growth, self-improvement, and facing my own accountability, I learned how to rebuild from the ground up.

A New Purpose: Now, I’m on a mission to help other women like you who are going through tough times, so you don’t have to feel alone. The pain you’re feeling right now is real, but there is a way through it.

Healing is Messy: I also share some laughable moments in my healing journey (hello, yoga and emotional support cat), proving that healing is far from perfect—but it’s totally worth it.

My Big Ask: Take that first step, no matter how small. Whether it’s setting a boundary, saying no, or simply getting out of bed today, I’ll be here cheering you on.

    Resources Mentioned in the Episode:

Check out my courses, women’s retreats, and the Dare to Begin membership for more support and tools to help you thrive. Everything I’ve learned through my journey is available to help you navigate your own path.

Subscribe, Review, and Share: If you’re feeling inspired, share this episode with someone who needs it. Let’s continue this conversation together!

Remember, you’re not alone. Keep leveling up, and dare to begin. I’m here cheering for you every step of the way!
