For this episode, I shared some raw reflections around coming out of "hiding" and into who you truly are...expressing yourself as a means of authenticity, a passionate life well-lived, and for the benefit of humanity.

I spoke more about the relationship we have with fear and how we can move forward beyond the stories we told ourselves in the past while still honoring everything we experienced up to this point. Working with fear as a means of fuel can be empowering and after a year full of shedding, it's time to emerge anew.

I also touched on the nervous system and how it wants to feel safe as we evolve and grow, and how Fascial Maneuvers can help us adapt and move quicker instead of our bodies holding us back.
