Within any industry it can be really hard to avoid what’s called “shiny object syndrome"; the concept of being easily distracted by new hardware or equipment thinking it’ll solve your problems. As a business owner it’s really important to be aware of this and call yourself out when you feel it applies.

A new CNC machine may seem nice, but if you look more realistically, it may actually be more of a misstep than a positive one. On todays episode Bruce goes over some key mindsets you can apply to avoid shiny object syndrome, and what you can look at in your business to improve rather than the CNC.

    • Why the new CNC won’t solve the problem
