About this listen

Are you overwhelmed and exhausted by debilitating anxiety and fearful thoughts? Is it difficult just to function daily as a mom due to the stress, worry and heaviness of the anxiety, and often hopeless feelings it can bring?

Do you desperately want to feel confident, calm and more at peace in your mental health? Are you searching for how to leave the fear behind and move forward in freedom and healing towards the life God has for you?

In this podcast, you will find undeniable hope in truly knowing Jesus for yourself, practical tools for anxiety, healing and living whole, all so you can move past the fear that’s holding you back and fully walk in the one, precious and amazing life with God, that He has waiting for you. And in case you don’t already know, I promise, it’s so much better than any life you could ever have on your own.

My mission is to equip and encourage postpartum moms to pursue healing and wholeness, in Christ, so they can live purposefully and joyfully for the Lord —through intentionally caring for their holistic self (mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually), and by protecting what matters most with solid boundaries —all within a surrendered, and life altering relationship with Jesus Christ.

If you’re completely done with trying to do this on your own, take a step forward in faith, where you will find true joy, peace, hope, healing, and transformation, that you could never have on your own, and will not find anywhere else.

I know this is true, because I tried for most of my life to do things my way, without the Lord. I’m Hannah. Daughter of the King, wife, and mom to my two little kids. I tried controlling and battling my anxiety for years, but once I had my second kid, the fear and anxiety brought me to a whole new level of surrender and I experienced the gift of complete dependence on God.

Inviting God in during my hardest moments postpartum, was by far and without a doubt the best decision I could have ever made. He has given me more freedom in my thought life and continues to bring healing throughout all areas of my health, that once seemed unimaginable to me, and He can and wants to do the same for you.

If you’re ready for more peace and less anxiety in motherhood, and to purse healing and transformation with the Lord —then be encouraged because you will begin to not only enjoy your daily life, but also step excitedly towards the hope filled future He has planned for you. I’m so grateful you’re here. Let’s lean into the Lord, together.

  • 02 | 3 Ways to Focus on God's Faithfulness During Postpartum Anxiety
    Nov 21 2025

For me I've found that spinning over my worries and fears, trying to "figure it out" alone for many years has actually never, ever helped —and that taking it all to God first is the best choice because He can handle it and will always be there to help us through.

And even when my circumstances didn't always shift in the exact time or way that I wanted, I can say without a doubt that I'm still so glad that I chose to lean into the Lord, instead of depending on myself. We've all had moments that are hard and not good at all, but I've found in my life, that God is always good and faithful, just as it says in His word.

In this episode, I talk about how the Lord has been faithful to comfort, help and heal through a difficult season —and share three ways to intentionally turn your focus back to Jesus and His faithfulness when you feel anxiety rising.

This is a daily practice, but it's so worth it, so remember to give yourself grace. I hope this quick episode encourages and reminds you that God is good, steadfast, unchanging, always for you and completely trustworthy —and loves you more than you know.

    With a grateful heart,

    Hannah

  • 01 | 4 Key Takeaways From My Postpartum Story to Help You Persevere With Resilience and Hope
    Nov 14 2025

In my very first episode, I share about my pregnancy and postpartum story to remind you that you're not alone, and you always have hope —true hope that encourages and strengthens you not only in this season, but for your entire God-given life.

Struggles and anxiety still come up, but fully surrendering and experiencing the gift of true dependence on the Lord in the middle of a difficult wilderness season has forever shaped and changed me. When you give everything to God, including your pain, you will be amazed by the ways He will work in your life.

The only reason I have this show is because of Jesus and how good and faithful He has been —and I get to tell you that the same God that redeemed my pain, grew my faith, and filled me with purpose and joy, is ready to meet you right where you are, and lead you toward wholeness and transformation as well. Therefore, we can have hope and remember that He is able to do more in us by His power than we can even imagine, as it says in Ephesians 3:20 —and my life isn't perfect, but it certainly is a testament to this, and I'm so grateful and humbled.

As you listen to my story, I pray that you call out to the Lord, experiencing complete dependence on Him too, knowing that God is faithful, loving and trustworthy to handle every bit of your pain and every fear.

I don't take it lightly that I get to be here to encourage you, friend. Thanks for being here.

    With a grateful heart,

    Hannah
