In this episode, I share how I used to live in so much fear and anxiety because of intrusive thoughts, especially postpartum, and how God worked in my life to set me free from it. I pray you feel comforted and walk away encouraged as I share what I've learned on this healing journey with the Lord.

He is so good and faithful to see us through our fear and anxiety and has brought a level of freedom and healing that I once would have never thought possible, and He can do the same for you. Jesus loves you and will never leave you.
