Paddy is the founder of Paddy's Powerful Immune Booster Juice and a former Mica Campaigner, who came to national attention in 2021 by leading the fight against the injustices that Mica homeowners across Donegal and other Mica-affected counties faced.

During the episode, Paddy talks us through his journey that led him from giving speeches in front of thousands at the Mica Protests to founding and setting up the fast-growing and popular wellness juice, Paddy's Powerful Immune Booster.
