In 2023, Kathy released her debut memoir, Finding My Wild: How a Move to the Edge Brought Me Home and during the episode, gives us a journey through the beginnings and process of writing the book as well as her background of working as a journalist in the highly stressful RTÉ newsroom.


    This episode talks about subjects relating to mental health, miscarriage, and grief.
