    With ballots going out to California voters on May 4th, the governor's race is in full force and voters are starting to pay attention. Fresh off her New York Post B+ rated performance in the latest gubernatorial debate, we are very excited to have Former Congresswoman Katie Porter (D-CA) join us on this episode of the Find Out Podcast. Known for flipping a very red district in 2018 and going viral for grilling banking executives with her whiteboards while serving on the Financial Services Committee, Porter has been running as the Housing Candidate in this race pushing an agenda to make housing more affordable in California. Porter is also known for speaking her mind and being blunt and direct. She recently called her opponents "teenage boys" during the debate but she has some pretty choice words to describe one particular candidate, Riverside Sheriff Chad Bianco (R-CA), on the show.We'll also discuss the Supreme Court's recent attack on voting rights and what impact this has on racial gerrymandering for upcoming elections. We'll also discuss how Democrats need to stop using affordability as a buzzword when discussing the issue with voters and how honesty is the best way for a Democrat who flipped a red district to continue expanding their winning margin every election year. It's been amazing watching MAGA have its hilariously hypocritical meltdown over Virginia Democrats fighting back against Trump's efforts to rig the 2026 midterm elections in the Republicans' favor. We call out the Jeff Bezos owned Washington Post Editorial Board for lying about how the Texas Republican gerrymander isn't a blatant power grab, but when Virginia Democrats do it, it's a power grab?!? Friendly reminder: Democrats in both Virginia and California let voters decide on redrawing the maps while Governor Abbott (R-TX) and Texas Republicans gerrymandered after Trump asked them to. So now Republicans realize that Democrats are not only fighting back, they're winning the congressional map wars. If Republicans were serious about ending mid decade redistricting, they would sign on to the Democrats' call to make gerrymandering illegal, but we're not holding out any hope for that. Speaking of not holding out hope, we also call out Tucker Carlson's crocodile tears in his latest publicity stunt issuing a fake apology for helping influence voters to vote for Trump. To our fellow progressive influencers, you might want to stop sharing his apology video. You might've missed the part where he still referred to Kamala Harris as "Cackling Camel Toe". We also discuss the Christo-Fascist f***ery in Luke's home state of Iowa, making all the manosphere influencers who backed Trump compete against each at Alligator Alcatraz and turning out to be right about Trump pulling another TACO Tuesday on Iran.
