  • Big idea: Ease = absence of unnecessary friction.
    Sep 12 2025

Some of us learned to earn every yes by pre-managing everyone’s moods. We scan the room, measure the weather, then decide if our need is allowed. That is over.
Asking is dignified. It rests on three truths:

    1. My need is valid. Valid needs are not emergencies—they are information.
    2. Your ‘no’ is legal. Consent is sacred. I can stand in my request and also respect your boundary.
    3. Our relationship can hold clarity. If a relationship only survives hints and guesses, it isn’t intimacy. It’s an obstacle course.

  • Fivera The Art of Receiving 7 Day Challenge Day 7
    Aug 30 2025

“Welcome to The Art of Receiving—a seven-day devotional for women who are done over-functioning, over-explaining, and over-waiting. Every day we’ll clear one blocker to receiving and install one simple upgrade: permission, support without guilt, clean cords, the feminine art of asking, boundaries that bless, money that feels safe, and visibility that doesn’t cost your peace.
You’ll get a short teaching, a micro-practice you can do in minutes, and a line to carry in your pocket. By Day Seven, you’ll have a living receiving policy, not a mood.
If you’re ready to let your life love you back—press play on Day One, and say it with me: I receive with clarity, not apology.
