  • We're running the code on corporations and government offices to help Americans take charge against greed and overreach.
    Oct 16 2025

In this episode of The Corporate Critic, we talk deeply about the power of knowing how to interpret and apply the code of law in transactions.

Wayne Daniels of Get Your PFO shares how he got started building community around people who want to protect their assets from slipping through their fingers.

He shares heavily about his own experience finding out how the revenue code governs the tax system and how Americans can remove themselves just by investing in entity structuring... just like wealthy people do.

We talk about common trends we see in our administrative work when corporations and governments use illusions to keep Americans confused about what they can and should be doing to keep more of the assets they work hard for, and even how to identify what an asset is.

We talk about his thriving community of determined Americans who are building their very own structures like Private Members Associations to run their business outside of taxed jurisdictions as prescribed by the revenue code.

We also talk about the investigations we perform at Serv Inc to make sure Americans are not paying on debts without ever verifying who should be receiving those payments. This is something all borrowers/debtors should be doing before making even one payment on a debt. It is also something Americans should be doing periodically over the life of a loan before continuing to make payments.

Understanding how our monetary policy works is our super power. Wayne Daniels and Reese Roberts can read the code and decipher it into real power and control... can you?

Call us at 888-899-9372 or email or Client Service team to ask us what we can do to recover loan payments you made, to remove liens, to cease further collection, to investigate and remove derogatory entries from consumer credit reports, and to help you win damages in settlements.

  • We're calling for a national inquiry into pooled debts to give Americans a chance to fight back
    Oct 16 2025

This is Public Service Announcement for all Americans paying on any debt that has been pooled into some kind of investment. HELP US BEAT ALGORITHM OPPRESSION BY SHARING THE LINK TO THIS EPISODE OR THE LINK TO OUR SITE. How do you know if this applies to your debt? How do you know if you should participate by visiting our education hub for resources?

    1. You have a debt that is not owned by the people who originated it. If you need to find out who owns your mortgage or car you can call the people taking your payments and ask them. You can also look on your credit report to see if the names match. If they don't your debt has been sold and you need to participate in this national inquiry. Even if they do match, you still need to inquire because you can't see hidden transactions.
    2. Most of the time, loans that required you to give your SSN are going to be pooled. This includes your mortgage, car, and student loans; but can be any kind of loan.

In this episode we focus on mortgage servicing practices that typically apply to all pooled loans.

Why are we doing this? We are listening to our audience quite frankly... this is what Americans want.

Across the nation, middle-class America is living in fear of financial ruin because of what we call "corporate greed" and "government overreach." We even see the government is now fully privatized allowing private businesses to earn profit from trampling over constitutional rights.

Americans are not going to stand for it and we are dedicated to helping the people take the charge head on. We are joining these communities of people who are arming themselves with education and taking action to shield themselves from being taken advantage of.

In this episode we give our listeners a perspective that might help them understand why it is necessary to inquire into their mortgage right now. Whether the debt is in good standing or in any kind of collection activity... we want all Americans to stand together to make these banks show proof of their legal standing on every single debt they claim to have rights to collect.

This allows us to expose the system for what it is when a bank can "loan" money they don't have but consumers cannot pay money they don't have. This is what we call a ponzi scheme at its core. We see it and we're not afraid to call it out.

    Will you join us?

To start, all you need to do is make the inquiry. If you don't know how you can invest $27 to download our consumer guide which educates readers about how to spot misrepresentations. It includes a sample letter for mortgages that can be adapted to inquire about any pooled debt you have.

If you need help, you can call us at 888-899-9372.

  • Start Asking Questions on the Record
    Sep 24 2025

In this episode of the Corporate Critic, we briefly discuss some of the challenges of creating a startup business for administrative claim processing. We are passionate about our work focused on investigating and facilitating consumer claims so we wanted to let our current clients know we are indeed working to reduce our response times and to give more frequent status update on claims.

We also briefly touch on some common experiences in enforcing Regulation E claims. Our aim is to help people set their expectations when attempting to execute these claims without our professional expertise.

This episode also gives listeners instruction on how to get started with asking the right questions to get the right answers on the record. This is a crucial element to engineering a claim that can sufficiently achieve the desired results.

We offer a digital download on our website designed to help consumers ask the right questions so they don't get ignored, and can build a solid paper trail that will hold up in court.

Reach out if you need us to help you investigate your mortgage, car loan, student loan, lawsuit, or any other kind of collection/adverse action. It does not matter if you are in good standing or not. We routinely find errors on transactions that are in good standing.
