• Tony Dungy: Forged Through the Fire - The Making of an Uncommon Leader, Ep. 300
    May 5 2026

What does it take to become an uncommon man? In this powerful live conversation from the Ignite Men’s Impact Weekend, Dr. Zach Clinton and Tanner Morgan sit down with Super Bowl-winning and Hall of Fame NFL Football Coach, Tony Dungy, to talk about leadership, faith, adversity, and the kind of character that is forged through life’s hardest moments. Coach Dungy’s story is one of discipline, humility, and perseverance. Raised in a home grounded in faith, education, and integrity, his journey took him from playing quarterback at the University of Minnesota to navigating position changes in the NFL, and eventually stepping into a calling as a coach and leader of men. But this conversation goes far beyond football. Coach Dungy opens up about the realities of rejection…being told he would never become a head coach…and how what looked like setbacks were actually shaping his identity and strengthening his resolve. He shares why getting fired impacted him more than winning the Super Bowl, and how those moments became defining catalysts in his life. We also step into deeply personal territory as Coach reflects on the heartbreaking loss of his son, and how that season of suffering deepened his faith and dependence on God. Throughout this conversation, one theme rises above the rest: true leadership is forged in the fire. Coach Dungy challenges men to pursue something greater than success: to live lives marked by integrity, intentionality, faith, and uncommon influence. He shares what it means to lead well in your home, your workplace, and your community, and why your greatest platform is not your position, but your character. This is more than a conversation about leadership. It’s a call to become the kind of man who stands firm in adversity, leads with humility, and lives for something that lasts.

  • Called Out of Our Comfort Zone: A Conversation with Edward Graham
    Apr 29 2026

God likes to call us out of our comfort zone, but often we hesitate out of fear—we like the comfort and safety of the life we have known. But stepping out in faith is where true growth happens. Edward Graham, Chief Operating Officer at Samaritan’s Purse, shares what God has taught him in leadership, both in the military but also in ministry. Hear how you, too, can step out in faith and obedience to the Lord, in whatever He has for you.

    Highlights:

Edward shares stories from his time in the military, where he chose to trust the Lord and seek Him for wisdom. He reads a passage from James that he continually goes to when he needs to turn away from doubt and towards belief.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.” – James 1:5-8, ESV

Now more than ever, Samaritan’s Purse has an opportunity to love our neighbors that are hurting in the Middle East. Our staff stand ready, training and preparing so when famine comes or disaster hits and everyone else is running away, we can respond in Jesus’ Name.

“God expects us—when He entrusts us with His widow’s mite or with His people—to take prudent risk, to go out and multiply in the Gospel.” – Edward Graham

Edward talks about trials he has faced in his own life and how they shaped him and encouraged his walk with the Lord. The story in the Bible where Peter walks on water shows Edward that sometimes in life God is calling us to get out of the boat. Often in our Western culture, we strive for comfort and ease. But that is not what the life of a Christian looks like.

“Let's get out of the boat. Let's be part of miracles. You’ve got to challenge yourself. You’ve got to put yourself out there sometimes, and maybe it's your church, maybe it's your family, maybe it's your job and career. Somewhere you're safe in the boat. What do you do to take that step and go walk on water and go be part of a miracle?” – Edward Graham

None of what is going on in our world surprises God. Kristy and Edward remind listeners that in this world we will have trouble, but we can take heart because Jesus has overcome the world. Edward asks for prayer for our staff and volunteers serving amid disasters and conflicts across the globe and for new endeavors that the ministry is embarking on within its aviation and U.S. rebuild programs.

  • Jennie Allen: The Lie You Don’t Know You Believe, How to Find it, Fight it, & Live Free, Ep. 298
    Apr 21 2026

What if the biggest thing holding you back… is something you don’t even realize you believe? In this powerful conversation, Drs. Zach & Tim Clinton are joined by renowned speaker, Bible teacher, and bestselling author Jennie Allen, to talk about her newest book, The Lie You Don’t Know You Believe. Jennie challenges a reality most of us don’t often stop to consider: many of the struggles we face: fear, shame, insecurity, anxiety, etc. are rooted in lies we’ve unknowingly accepted as truth. And until those lies are exposed, we’ll keep circling the same patterns, the same frustrations, and the same sense of being stuck. Together, they unpack how these lies take root, how they quietly shape our identity, relationships, and even our view of God…and most importantly, how to break free. Jennie walks us through what she calls the enemy’s oldest strategy: deception. But this isn’t a conversation about fear, it’s about freedom. Because in Christ, we’ve already been given the authority to tear down those lies and replace them with truth. This episode isn’t about trying harder or modifying behavior. It’s about seeing clearly, thinking differently, and stepping into the freedom that’s already available to you. If you’ve ever felt stuck in the same thoughts, the same struggles, or the same cycles, this conversation will help you identify what’s really going on beneath the surface… and how to finally break free.

  • Washington Commanders' Terry McLaurin: Trusting God’s Timing and Why His Delays Are Not His Denials, Ep. 297
    Apr 14 2026

In this powerful and personal conversation recorded live at the 2026 Ignite Men’s Impact Weekend, Dr. Zach Clinton and Ben Allison (CEO of the AACC) sit down with Washington Commanders wide receiver, Terry McLaurin, to talk about the journey behind the success which has been one marked by discipline, perseverance, faith, and identity. From growing up in Indianapolis to becoming “Mr. Football” in the state of Indiana, Terry’s path looked like one of early success. But what many don’t see is the season of waiting, humility, and development he walked through at Ohio State, where nothing was handed to him, and everything had to be earned. We talk about how those hidden years shaped his mindset, strengthened his faith, and prepared him for the NFL. Terry opens up about the power of discipline and daily habits, the role his parents played in shaping his character, and how setbacks, like being cut from a team, became fuel for growth instead of excuses. We also dive into deeper waters, discussing mental health and how God has consistently met Terry in the painful seasons of life. Most importantly, this conversation centers on identity. In a league where performance defines value, Terry shares how his relationship with Christ has grounded him in a deeper truth: your worth is not found in what you do, but in who you are in Him. Whether you're an athlete, leader, or someone navigating your own season of waiting, this episode will challenge and encourage you to stay faithful, stay disciplined, and trust God in the process.

  • Bradley Geary: Built for Battle - What SEAL Team 6 Teaches About Leadership, Identity, & Faith, Ep. 296
    Apr 7 2026

In this powerful and deeply insightful conversation, Drs. Zach & Tim Clinton sit down with Bradley Geary - former Tactical Troop Commander for SEAL Team 6 and Commanding Officer of BUD/S - to unpack what it truly means to lead, endure, and find your identity beyond performance. Brad shares hard-earned lessons from the battlefield and the training ground, offering a rare look into the mindset required to operate at the highest level of discipline, resilience, and sacrifice. But more than that, this conversation goes beyond elite performance as it gets to the heart of who we are. They talk about the power of brotherhood and team, why isolation is one of the most dangerous places a person can live, and how true leadership is rooted in selflessness, not status. Bradley also opens up about the dark realities of combat, the emotional and spiritual weight it carries, and why those experiences, while costly, can also shape purpose and perspective. Perhaps most compelling is the growing movement of revival happening within the SEAL teams, and how many are beginning to wrestle with a deeper truth: your identity is not found in what you do, but in who God says you are. This episode is for leaders, competitors, and anyone striving for excellence, while trying to stay grounded in what matters most.

  • Pastor Travis Johnson: Unembarrassed of Jesus - Follow From a Distance and Lose Your Faith; Follow Closely and Change the World, Ep. 295
    Mar 31 2026

In this special Easter episode, Dr. Zach Clinton sits down with Pastor Travis Johnson to discuss his powerful new book (Un)Embarrassed of Jesus: Follow From a Distance and Lose Your Faith; Follow Closely and Change the World. Travis challenges the quiet tension many Christians feel today where we are close enough to say we believe in Jesus, yet distant enough to avoid the cultural backlash that can come with truly following Him. Through the powerful story of Peter’s journey from denial to bold proclamation, we explore how spiritual distance slowly erodes faith while nearness to Christ produces courage, conviction, and transformation. Travis shares why this message is so urgent for the Church today and how ordinary believers can move from comfortable cultural Christianity to courageous, world-changing faith. This conversation is a timely Easter reminder that the resurrection doesn’t just invite belief…it calls us to follow Jesus boldly and without embarrassment.
