THE SALTY TRUTH PODCAST • with Lindsay K. Foren

Welcome to The Salty Truth Podcast, the unapologetic show for ambitious, luxury-loving, high-achieving women who are done pretending life is perfect.

I’m Lindsay K. Foren your top-producing luxury real estate agent, reinvention comeback queen, wife, mom of five, and a woman who has survived the corporate culture of Utah with heels intact and standards higher than the Wasatch Front. I worked my way to the top in rooms where I was often the only woman… and definitely the only one saying what everyone else was thinking.

Every week, I’m serving you the real tea, bold opinions, and brutally honest conversations about relationships, reinvention, money, ambition, and the game of being a woman in a place where the culture is strong, the expectations are louder, and the gossip moves faster than the ski lifts.

You’ll hear from the powerhouse women rewriting the rules in Utah’s corporate, tech, and entrepreneurial scenes - the ones who didn’t wait for permission, didn’t ask for approval, and didn’t shrink to make anyone comfortable. Their wins, their failures, their pivots, and the moments they almost walked away.

And on Saturdays… we get salty on Social Media.
I read your anonymous confessions, the hilarious, messy, jaw-dropping stories about dating, divorce, motherhood, religion, money, and real life in a place that’s anything but boring.

💋 The Salty Truth:
Luxury isn’t a price point.
Confidence is currency.
And the only thing more expensive than ambition… is ignoring it.

So pour something fabulous, hit subscribe, and let’s get salty.

What if the biggest thing holding you back… is you?

In this episode of The Salty Truth, Lindsay sits down with her monthly co-host and best friend to unpack what it really means to get out of your own way. From overthinking and perfectionism to fear, grief, forgiveness, and worrying about other people’s opinions, this conversation goes straight to the root of why so many of us feel stuck.

They talk honestly about mental prisons, protecting your energy, imposter syndrome, boundaries, accountability, and why confidence is built through action—not waiting until you feel “ready.”

If you’ve been feeling trapped in your head, second-guessing yourself, or holding back from the life you know you’re meant to live, this episode is your reminder to change the song and start moving forward.

No fluff. No sugarcoating. Just the salty truth you needed to hear.

  • The Salty Truth About Your 20s: Building Habits, Identity & Strength With Lexie Kaufman
    Dec 17 2025

In this episode of The Salty Truth, I’m sitting down with someone very special my daughter, Lexi Kaufman.

Lexi opens up about what it was really like growing up in Utah as a non LDS kid, navigating exclusion, dating pressures, and the unspoken expectations placed on young women especially around religion, marriage, and timelines.

We talk about being raised by a young mom, learning independence early, dating in Utah as a non LDS woman, and why rushing marriage or checking boxes too early can do more harm than good.

Lexi also shares how college, Greek life, traveling alone for work, and time spent truly getting to know herself shaped the woman she is today and why she believes your 20s are for exploration, not perfection.

We also get into dirty sodas, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, why we’re Team Whitney, and the power of choosing yourself even when it doesn’t match the culture around you.

This episode is honest, funny, emotional, and full of truths young women and their moms need to hear.

Welcome to the Salty Truth Podcast, in this episode I am breaking down why the name change...our trip to Las Vegas, going on Brad Lea's Podcast and some other things we are looking forward to in the new year!

Today’s salty confessions take us from Draper parking-lot drama to Daybreak mom-culture politics, surprise baptisms, Costco sister-wife propositions, and the eternal mystery of why Utah men rebound faster than a Diet Coke hits the system.

Whether you’re dealing with dating chaos, mom-group side-eye, neighborhood gossip, or a Range Rover comment that still lives rent-free in your head… you are in the right place.

Grab your Stanley, lock the door so your kids can't hear this, and settle in, it’s time to get salty.
