You can always start again, so start here!

Mel gives practical and reasonable advice based on science and her own experiences. I've tried a few of her methods out and really like the simplicity of them. Definitely worth a listen!

Excellent advice. Mel really helped me to see what was wrong and gave simple advice on how to change. I shared with my partner who doesn't believe in psychology. But he loved Mel's advice.
