Welcome back to another episode of Sisters Who Sweat! We absolutely cannot get SWAG out of our heads, especially Sweet Spot which we are loving to hate. JB blessed us with this surprise album and his forever gorgeous voice. Other than yapping about the Biebs, we spoke about how we are philanthropic icons and volunteered at a food bank making homemade pizzas this past week. Somehow we made volunteering into a competition and pictured ourselves on an episode of Hell’s Kitchen or The Bear. It wasn’t that serious except to us, it was. We also introduced a new segment called Sweating Out the Small Stuff which is basically just an excuse for us to complain about insignificant things. If there’s anything small you want to sweat out, feel free to DM us and we just may respond! Only if you’re lucky!

Not only is he an incredible friend of the Sisters Who Sweat, Harry is a man who knows how to live life to the fullest. Moving countries and moving states, he finds a way to make new friends, talk loudly at all the local bars, dazzle everyone with his charm, and has the time of his life while doing it! If you're looking for him, Harry can be found in a grocery aisle at your local Whole Foods. And if he ever makes his way to the Island, he certainly has our vote! Shoutout to Harry for being the first guest to grace the hot seat! We know he won’t be the last…

It’s the Monday after The Fourth of July weekend and boy are we feeling it! Luckily Sisters Who Sweat is here to be a bright spot in your day! We chat extensively about all the hard hitting topics- Pilates, Matcha and Trader Joe’s. We’re not basic at all! We also discuss recession indicators we’ve noticed recently. Movie theaters are full, kids are wearing Heelys, and Target clothes are popping off. Is it 2008 again?! We end the episode bringing up two incredible debate topics. At what age should you end your Snapchat streaks? And it is pronounced Sherbet or Sherbert?! There’s only one right answer to that last one- listen to find out!
