This past summer, I disappeared for 75 days to reset my body and work on me. No crappy food, no alcohol, no social media.
After sharing my journey publicly, friends, family and a few listeners asked the same questions:
- What did you actually eat?
- Did you go to the doctor first?
- Did you weigh yourself?
- How did you know your liver and kidneys were struggling?
In this conversation, I answer those questions. I walk you through the foods I leaned on, the habits I released and the mindset shifts that made this reset sustainable. I also talk a bit about emotional eating, discipline and how challenging it was to choose healing over convenience.
This reset was never about perfection or restriction. It was about listening to my body and the signs I had been ignoring for far too long.
