About this listen

Experiencing homelessness twice at 21 years old is an experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Learning valuable lessons and gaining a new perspective on life allowed me to heal my deeply rooted trauma and discover the power of forgiveness. If it wasn't for my newly reborn faith, I wouldn't have made it through the challenging journeys. I hope to help and inspire listeners through this ministry. • The Power of Forgiveness: How People of Color Can Heal from the Legacy of Slavery
    Dec 26 2023

People of color need to forgive slavery. Slavery is a heavy topic to speak on. I did a lot of thinking before making the decision to post this specific podcast. Overall, slavery is holding a lot of black Americans in a box. I'm not saying I completely forgot about an important piece of history. What I'm saying is that forgiving will allow space to heal in the heart and mind.
