Professor Shane D Johnson MBE has published over 150 articles. He is the director of the Dawes Centre for Future Crime at University College London, and co-director of two doctoral training centres on Cybersecurity and Cyber Physical Risks. His work takes place under the umbrella of a relatively new area of work, ‘crime science’.

Luke Gough is a recruiter and career coach particularly in the dynamic field of cybersecurity. He runs a popular YouTube channel, and newsletter called The Career Compass, where he shares expert advice on job hunting, interviews, and career growth. Luke is the Regional Advisor for the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) in Australia and New Zealand.

Sarah Miller is a winner of a Global OSPA, in the Outstanding Contract Security Manager/Director category. Sarah set out to avoid working in security, initially a career in the arts beckoned, and then law enforcement seemed more enticing but security prevailed. Sarah, based in Canada, is a teacher as well as an operations director of a security company operating in diverse environments.

Wale Olaoye has recently won two Global OSPAs including ‘Outstanding Security Company’ while Wale himself has been entered into the Security Hall of Fame. He has been CEO of Halogen based in Nigeria since 2008.
